So why the name change? Well our bespoke ‘Pets On Hold’ phone message service has been running since 2010 creating on-hold messages exclusively for Aussie Veterinary practices.
In addition we’ve been involved in the sector for almost 20 years creating videos & podcasts for veterinary professionals including conferences and seminars, so we understand vets & vet clients.
So we felt the name VETtalk On-Hold better reflected exactly what this 'vet-only' message service actually does.
We also have a new opportunity for practices to create regular Podcasts to help keep clients engaged and informed about what’s happening in their local practice with the possibility of including snippets of those chats into your existing messages.
